Carhartt WIP (aka Work In Progress), is the licensed European division of the heritage American workwear brand. The brand established a more contemporary fashion line in Europe, which quickly gained popularity through out the world. Only in 2011 the line started being distributed in its home market, the US, and October 2011 finally marks the opening of the first Carhartt WIP flagship store in Soho, New York City.
